Born and raised in Los Angeles, Oliver Charles grew up with music as his soundtrack. Very early in his career he know his love of the drums and making meaningful music would take him far. Oliver's hard hitting and dynamic style brings elements of Punk, Folk, Soul, Hip Hop and Jazz together whenever he takes the stage. A Yamaha Artist since 2004, when he is performing with such artists as Gogol Bordello, De La Soul and Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals, Oliver Charles knows he can deliver with his Yamaha Drums and hardware.
His current touring setup is Absolute Hybrid Maple in Pink Champagne Sparkle.
