Sir Elton John |
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 22, 2009) Over the course of the last five years, Yamaha artist
Elton John has performed his popular and critically acclaimed
The Red Piano show 240 times at Caesars Palace to sold out crowds, and it will be no less show-stopping or dramatic of an event when the show comes to an end. Elton will close out his spectacular run in America's playground and grace the stage at The Colosseum for the last time tonight, April 22.
Multiple Grammy-winning legend and flamboyant superstar, Elton is the most enduringly successful singer/songwriter of his generation. Originally only booked for 75 shows over three years, the resort accelerated the number of
Red Piano shows presented each year due to overwhelming demand, completing the original commitment in only 18 months and extending the agreement for an additional 166 shows.
