Michael McDonald perform "America the Beautiful" on a Yamaha
Motif 8 during the final night of the Democratic National Convention, held in Denver, Colo. And he wasn't the only Yamaha artist performing at the televised Democratic rally.
Stevie Wonder, Sheryl Crow, John Legend, Fergie and
George Pajon Jr. of the Black Eyed Peas also showed their support for presidential nominee Barack Obama.

Sheryl Crow warmed up the crowd with her 1996 hit "A Change Would Do You Good." She adapted the lyrics slightly for the 75,000 people at Invesco Field at Mile High.
John Legend performed "If You're Out There" from the floor of the convention at the Pepsi Center.
Acknowledging the power of the internet, Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am took to the stage to sing "Yes, we can," with Yamaha guitarist
George Pajon Jr. on his
LJX6C acoustic guitar.
Stevie Wonder continued to keep the crowd energized with his performance of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" on a
Motif 8 music production synthesizer.
Following
McDonald's performance, Senator Barack Obama formally accepted the Democratic nomination for president before a record setting crowd of 84,000 people in attendance. Jennifer Hudson rounded out the list of performers for the evening.
