John-Robert Conners started playing drums at the young age of 10, and over the years has taken tips along the way, though he learned mostly by emulating the drummers he loved to listen too.
In 1995, he co-founded the Boston based group, Cave In, and has since toured the world over. John-Robert has also joined the band Placer and recorded drums for the band Goatsnake.
