Jason Mraz is a platinum-selling artist known for his ability to scatter rhymes around in a folksy, beachy way that creates lighthearted hits such as "The Remedy (I Won't Worry)," "Curbside Prophet," "You and I Both," "Wordplay" and "I'm Yours." Early in his career, it was his coffee-scene appeal that gained him a loyal following, from the coast of San Diego where he took up residence, on out to Los Angeles and beyond. He landed a record deal in 2002, which helped spread his melodic gift to the world with the debut of his first album Waiting for My Rocket to Come. In 2008, his third studio album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things. gained him international recognition, spawning the GRAMMY-nominated single “I’m Yours.”
