Clarinetist Christopher Zello is a member of the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra and the Fox Valley Symphony of Appleton, in addition to performing with other orchestras in southeastern Wisconsin. He has played for touring Broadway shows Wicked, West Side Story, Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music and The Phantom of the Opera, while in Milwaukee.
Christopher holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, DePaul University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Institute of Chamber Music. His summers have been spent as a Clarinet Fellow at the Tanglewood Music Center, attending the Banff Centre for the Arts and touring with the American Wind Symphony. He has also performed live solo recital broadcasts on Chicago's WFMT 98.7, the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series and Wisconsin Public Radio.
His clarinet duet arrangement of the complete Mozart Clarinet Concerto is published by Roncorp/Northeastern Music Publications.
