Anthony Bonsera has played lead trumpet for the world-famous Glenn Miller Orchestra, Mike Barone Big Band, Steve Huffsteter Big Band, Pete Myers Big Band, The BBB (featuring Bernie Dresel), Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and others. Besides his activity in Los Angeles as performer, arranger, and recording artist, he also teaches History of Rock and Roll at Citrus College in Glendora, CA. Bonsera released The Gates of Hell in 2014, featuring all original compositions on which he plays a variety of instruments and sings. In 2017, he debuted his most ambitious project to date, the Los Angeles Classic Rock Orchestra. The group performed the classic Beatles albums Abbey Road and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in their entirety and with full instrumentation in L.A. to rave reviews.
